My only issue is one of the buckles that connects to the purse loop is repeatedly coming undone. I’ll use some super glue or another remedy! The quality is phenomenal and as long as the bag is hung over my shoulder or held up, the strap won’t come loose and slip to the floor, even if the hook does <3
